Welcome to HomeDocs. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the HomeDocs app and related services.

By downloading, accessing, or using HomeDocs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What HomeDocs is

HomeDocs is an app designed to help property owners and small landlords organize information related to their properties, including documents, reminders, renewals, and basic financial data.

HomeDocs is an organization and tracking tool. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.

2. Conditions of use

You must use HomeDocs in compliance with applicable laws and only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• use the app for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;

• attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or services;

• interfere with the operation of the app;

• copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the app except as permitted by law.

3. User data

HomeDocs does not necessarily require a separate account, but it may use Apple ecosystem services such as iCloud or CloudKit to sync data across devices.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, documents, and data you enter into the app.

4. User content

Any documents, files, text, tags, and other content you upload or manage through HomeDocs remain yours or the property of their respective owners.

By using the app, you represent that you have the right to store and manage such content and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions

HomeDocs may offer an auto-renewable subscription called HomeDocs Pro, which unlocks additional features such as unlimited properties, unlimited documents, and expanded financial features.

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple account.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment

Payment will be charged through your Apple account at confirmation of purchase or renewal, as applicable.

Management and cancellation

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Price changes

Prices may change in the future. Any price changes will be handled by Apple in accordance with its policies and applicable terms.

6. Free version

HomeDocs may offer a free version with usage limits, such as a maximum number of properties or documents. These limits may change in future versions of the app.

7. Service availability and changes

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue HomeDocs, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

We may also add, remove, or modify features, limits, or capabilities of the free or Pro versions.

8. Privacy

Your use of HomeDocs is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at our site.

9. Intellectual property

HomeDocs, including its design, software, name, logo, text, graphics, and related elements, is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to [NAME] or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the app, except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

HomeDocs is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

• the app will operate uninterrupted or error-free;

• reminders or notifications will always be delivered on time;

• the information shown will be complete, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose;

• the app will meet all of your specific needs.

You are responsible for reviewing important information related to your properties, contracts, deadlines, and obligations.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alex will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of data, revenue, profits, or opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, HomeDocs.

HomeDocs is an organizational support tool. You remain responsible for managing, reviewing, and verifying your documents, dates, obligations, and decisions.

12. Termination

We may suspend or limit access to HomeDocs if we believe there has been a breach of these Terms, misuse of the app, or a legal requirement to do so.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be available on this page and will include its effective date.

Your continued use of HomeDocs after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
